Shane grew up in sunny Southern California where he trained and learned how to create beautifully blended sun kissed highlights. Over his 20 years behind the chair he has had education with some of the top stylists in the industry. Specializing in color and haircuts that will grow out beautifully and look as if you’ve just spent a couple weeks on vacation. Shane opened Copal Salon in March 2024.

Alexandria Morrison has been in the beauty industry for going on 12 years. Originally from Salt Lake City, UT she has spent her career focused on creating soft, versatile, effortless looking hair while keeping the integrity in mind. Her training began with award winning hairstylists from Utah where she grew a strong foundation and value for mastering the overall guest experience. Throughout the years, she has continued her education taking advanced classes from top educators in the industry. She specializes in highlights, dimensional lived in colors, and soft, texturized haircuts that last.
Alex’s dedication to understanding the needs & preferences of those in her chair goes above & beyond. She creates a personalized experience for each of her clients that maintains professionalism and open communication that leads to stronger connections and client loyalty

Candice brings over 20 years of invaluable experience to Coeur D’ Alene. Beginning her career in New York, she honed her skills alongside some of the industry's most revered stylists, enriching her expertise and passion for hair care.
With a dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, Candice prioritizes continuing education, consistently expanding her knowledge and skill set to deliver cutting-edge styles and techniques. As a certified Extension Specialist, notably GreatLengths, she offers transformative solutions tailored to each client's unique vision and needs.
Candice is more than a stylist; she's a trusted partner on every client's journey to hair perfection, blending artistry with precision to create stunning, personalized looks.

Dani was devoted assistant to both Shane Craig and Alex Morrison. She finds joy in helping others feel their best, with a natural warmth and an eye for the little things that make a big difference. Working alongside Shane and Alex, she has found the perfect place to grow, learn, and be part of something creative and meaningful. At the center of it all is her love for creating happiness, helping people walk out of the salon feeling beautiful, seen, and confident.

A passionate hair assistant that worked under both Shane Craig & Alex Morrison. With a bubbly personality that lights up any salon, Madi brings enthusiasm and creativity to every service. Her dedication to assisting her two mentors shines through in her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for clients. Madi is a social butterfly who loves to connect with people through the salon, you’re guaranteed to be her friend by the end of your service.
Outside of work, Madi enjoys being outside with her friends & family, reading as many books as she can, & is most likely doing both of those activities with her five pound miniature yorkie, Mr. Baby Puppy.

EMERGING STYLIST
Born and raised in North Idaho, Reagan discovered her passion for the beauty industry at a young age. A graduate of Paul Mitchell, she is now based in Coeur d’Alene, where she specializes in bright blondes, dimensional lived-in color, and hand-tied weft extensions.
Reagan is known for her attention to detail and her ability to create customized blondes that enhance each client’s natural features. As an assistant under Candice Arroliga, she is committed to continued education and refining her craft to deliver an elevated salon experience.
Her goal is simple: for every client to leave the chair feeling confident, refreshed, and completely in love with their hair.
